Hands-on care
Chiropractic care
Safe, effective care for your back, neck and joints, addressing pain and dysfunction in the spine and other joints of the body. Our chiropractors use a tailored, diversified approach that may include soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, taping, rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle coaching.
Massage therapy
Therapeutic relief for stress, tension and chronic pain. Our Registered Massage Therapists provide hands-on treatments that help ease muscle tension, reduce stress and improve daily function, and treatment may involve guasha tools, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping and craniosacral techniques.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy runs from the same Main Street location, delivered by the Williams Physiotherapy team of Jake Best, Kathy Best, Lori Stairs and Chandler Scott.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physiotherapy with Kathy Best, the pelvic floor specialist on the Williams Physiotherapy team, for the pregnancy related back and pelvic pain many of our patients come in with.
Performance and targeted therapy
Sports chiropractic
Performance driven care for athletes at every level. Whether you are a weekend runner or a competitive athlete, sports chiropractic here helps reduce pain, improve mobility and get you back to training stronger, including acute and chronic injuries such as Achilles tendinopathies, hamstring tears and post concussion symptoms.

Acupuncture
Targeted relief for pain, tension and movement issues. Acupuncture uses small, thin needles, sometimes combined with gentle electrical stimulation, to relax tight muscles and support your body's natural healing process. Many patients find relief from headaches, shoulder pain and low back discomfort.
Shockwave and laser therapy
Access to what the pros do, including shockwave therapy, laser, athletic taping, electroacupuncture, advanced rehabilitation and Active Release Techniques.
Kinesiology and rehabilitation
Our kinesiologist performs functional scans to determine your current level of physical functioning, then builds a specific rehabilitation program from it: stretches, strengthening exercises, education on proper movement patterns, and pain management strategies.

I have been going to Williams Chiro for several years now and they are exceptional! All of the staff there are great! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Matt. He is absolutely amazing! He listens, works with my issues and when I need to get in to see him he always accommodates me. He is the best!
I've been going to Williams Chiro for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about them. Sarah, my chiropractor, is exceptional. She really listens, explains things clearly, and is very straightforward in how she approaches fixing what's going on with your body. I always leave feeling better and confident in the plan we have.
I've had such a great experience with this clinic, especially with Chandler. I went into my first appointment in so much pain, overwhelmed, barely sleeping, and honestly close to tears. Chandler took the time to listen, properly assess what was going on, and actually gave me answers. Having a diagnosis and feeling validated was such a huge relief.
